Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids/teens loved this home! Upon arrival it was spotless and beautiful, just like in the photos. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Gate security was helpful also. Super close to Disney! Jay was very responsive to my many questions and was very helpful! We would DEFINITELY stay here or at his properties again! The kids say the pool and games was the best part!

Great spot just miles from Disney. It was also a secure gated area and quiet, definitely a great spot to stay if you’re heading to Disney World or Universal Studios.

This home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was close to the theme parks that we visited. We felt at home and had a great stay!! Jay was friendly, responsive, and helpful in every way!!

Family vacation was a success, enjoyed the stay. Home was clean, plenty cooking hardware, dishes, etc. The location was great, pool was perfect for small kids. Tons of stores and restaurants less than a 10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this spot for a great family or couple getaway.

I enjoye the stay. We havld a group of 6 that slept comfortably mwith plenty of space for everyone. We had no issues during our stay. Jay was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again provided the same accommodations are required. I appreciated the private salt water pool and back patio. It is a nice place to relax, read, enjoy the scenery, and enjoy the water.

Loved out stay here. Jay was an amazing host. Answered any questions we had and even checked to make sure our first night went well. The amenities that came with the home and resort were also really great. The security team was friendly and gave us helpful information on both pools located within the community. Will definitely look into staying here again if ever in the Orlando area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Jay was extremely responsive and great providing instructions. The Airbnb was super clean and the pictures and descriptions match. It was our home base for both Disney and Universal. It usually only took 15 minutes to get to any Disney park. Much more comfortable than a small Disney resort room! My family will stay here again if available for our next trip to Orlando.

Jay is awesome, amazing and great to work with. He was always so responsive and always gave great, clear and helpful instructions. I read other reviews and they were right on as it pertained to Jay. Jay made me feel he was right around the corner for whatever we needed. In this day of chaos and uncertainty, booking with someone who demonstrates he is honest and trustworthy is valuable!!!! Traveling from out of state and staying in an area that is new to you and your family is challenging enough. Jay makes you feel extremely comfortable. Everything he described regarding his beautiful home, the area, the water park, the amenities in his home were all just as he indicated. I can’t wait to visit another one of Jays properties or return to this one!! My family and I were more than happy. We felt very comfortable!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a pristine place to stay with a very responsive host- this is the place for you! Cleanliness is very important to me and this place passed the test with flying colors! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! The home is exactly as described looks just like the photos. The host Jay is phenomenal! Clear instructions and super responsive! The amenities are great the backyard pool is clean. The amenities center has a fantastic lazy river and water slides. We loved the ice cream. I really couldn’t say enough positive things about our stay. I highly recommend this rental or anything by Jay. We look forward to booking again with him in the future.
