We strive our best to keep your stay enjoyable and safe. We professionally clean and sanitize every surface, and washed all beddings at each checkout in accordance with CDC guideline. If you have any allergies, please let me know prior to your arrival. Parking is free and safe in the private community with 24/7 manned gate, and you can park front of our home! Plenty parking spots for passenger vehicles but HOA does not allow a boat or RV on the site.

All trash MUST⭐️ be securely bagged using provided trash bags. We provide 6 bags per stay. HOA will pick up the trash bags (only securely tied) in the basket outside the front door around 11am everyday.
Washer and dryer is available with complementary detergent and softeners.
👶 A high chair, a pack n play and a single stroller available at no additional cost. 👍 Please clean them properly after use. Please let me know if anything broken so the next guest will be safely using them nice and clean.

A very nice place that is ideal for families. Our young children slept upstairs in the themed bedrooms next to the master bedroom where we were. The grandparents had their own peace and quiet downstairs.
The swimming pool is a godsend in the summer heat, and does not need to be heated.
The place had everything we needed and is close to every. It was a very quiet area. This was our second time at Storey Lake, and it’s a great area to base yourself from.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a pristine place to stay with a very responsive host- this is the place for you! Cleanliness is very important to me and this place passed the test with flying colors! Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Jays was awesome. Something i felt suprised / elated about was no bugs inside or outdoors by the pool. Being in florida in thought this was inevitable, but i was wrong! Jay does i really good job keeping up with this place. I literally have 0 complaints. The pool is perfect for anyone with kiddos as its 3 and 4ft . Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots pans plates etc. I will definitely be booking again for my next vacation!

This host made us feel right at home.
Everything you’d need to make a home cooked meal, board games, clear instructions and signage. Our family enjoyed the ease of access to highways and liked having the community pool, slides and splash pad available for use, parking was steps from door, abundant and free. Also the entire unit was spotless!
Highly recommend this host!
