We strive our best to keep your stay enjoyable and safe. We professionally clean and sanitize every surface, and washed all beddings at each checkout in accordance with CDC guideline. If you have any allergies, please let me know prior to your arrival. Parking is free and safe in the private community with 24/7 manned gate, and you can park front of our home! Plenty parking spots for passenger vehicles but HOA does not allow a boat or RV on the site.

All trash MUST⭐️ be securely bagged using provided trash bags. We provide 6 bags per stay. HOA will pick up the trash bags (only securely tied) in the basket outside the front door around 11am everyday.
Washer and dryer is available with complementary detergent and softeners.
👶 A high chair, a pack n play and a single stroller available at no additional cost. 👍 Please clean them properly after use. Please let me know if anything broken so the next guest will be safely using them nice and clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a pristine place to stay with a very responsive host- this is the place for you! Cleanliness is very important to me and this place passed the test with flying colors! Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Jays was awesome. Something i felt suprised / elated about was no bugs inside or outdoors by the pool. Being in florida in thought this was inevitable, but i was wrong! Jay does i really good job keeping up with this place. I literally have 0 complaints. The pool is perfect for anyone with kiddos as its 3 and 4ft . Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots pans plates etc. I will definitely be booking again for my next vacation!

This host made us feel right at home.
Everything you’d need to make a home cooked meal, board games, clear instructions and signage. Our family enjoyed the ease of access to highways and liked having the community pool, slides and splash pad available for use, parking was steps from door, abundant and free. Also the entire unit was spotless!
Highly recommend this host!

Amazing property! The home is true to the listing photos, very clean and full of great amenities. More than enough space for our family and we could have easily accommodated more people. Beautiful design, upgraded finishes, great size but also has a a cozy feel. Loved the property and we will definitely stay at Jay's place in the future!

Jay was a pleasure to deal with, proactive in communicating and responsive to any ask. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable. The resort amenities were wonderful, the Hideaway Club was a great place to spend a relaxing day by the pool or lazy river. The area is close to all attractions and avoids much of the heavy traffic areas. We will stay again and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host Jay, was very responsive and accommodating. He also checked in with us, and all instructions were easily understandable and clear. Our children loved the Disney themed decor, and the home was very clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again with Jay as my host and would recommend to others!

Our stay was amazing. It was so easy to check in and the home was well stocked with basic amenities (like trash bags and toilet paper). Jay is a fantastic host. He was proactive in giving us the information we needed before checking in, responding to questions or concerns we had during our stay, and the checkout instructions were so simple and easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The photos were accurate. We had 4 adults and 3 children. We easily could have had 2-4 more people in the house. If the kids love to swim, I would highly recommend heating the pool if you are staying more than a couple days. Great place.

Jays place was great. One of the best family vacations we’ve ever had! We were in town for my husband’s graduation from Full Sail so I can’t comment on the access to the theme parks. The place was super spacious, comfortable and the gated neighborhood was super safe. We walked to the hideaway club one day and my family played mini golf, swam and had a blast! We also used the Airbnb’s pool way more than we thought we would, so I would suggest heating it if you’re considering it. I told Jay that he should include the price of heating the pool in the listing (you have to pay for it separately). I feel like that’s one of those things that should just come with the place. Jay was VERY informative and communicative throughout our stay though, more than any host we’ve ever had. We went out to eat twice, the restaurants Perico Ripiao and Falafel King. Both very different in terms of atmosphere but both AMAZING food. Overall, we would definitely stay again! Thanks Jay!

Wonderful stay, the host was so accessible and the warm pool was a nice additional feature.
Very close to Disney! Basically 15min to the main entrance of Disney property. And 20min to the TTC for magic kingdom.
Great room features and a full bathroom and room downstairs was great for the grandparents.
It was an ideal big family trip to Disney easy checkin and no issues
