Our luxurious 👍 5 bedrooms 4 full baths accommodates 11 guests. One king beds, and two queen beds, and four twin beds with Frozen and InsideOut Theme. A baby pack n play👶, a high chair, a stroller are available at no additional charge if cleaned and not broken . Save hassle carrying a bulky item for your trip with baby. We inspect them at every checkout so we ensure the condition is in working order. Additional services pool heating🥽 and BBQ 🍖are available upon request at least 48hrs prior to your check-in. **1st Floor A modern open floor concept kitchen, the living room and dining area, you can see private pool from the inside. In the living area, there is a 75” flat screen TV, two arcade game machines, where your whole party can enjoy family time on over sized sectional sofa. On the 1st floor next to entrance door, a bedroom with one queen bed is next to full bath room for those who prefer not to use stairs, and two twin beds with Elsa ❄️themed room! 8 people dining table is ready to enjoy your meals with family. **2nd Floor Second floor has three bedrooms, King, queen, and two twin beds. luxury brand beddings to sleep comfortably. Please don't park ❌ your vehicles front of our home overnight. HOA will tow any vehicles parked overnight at owner's expense. 🤿 Private pool is available (Heating is an optional paid service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival) 🍖 We offer a grill for our guests at lower cost, $40 for your entire stay, you would need to book for a grill 7 days in advance. All trash MUST⭐️ be securely bagged using provided trash bags. We provide 6 bags per stay. HOA will pick up the trash bags (only securely tied) in the basket outside the front door. Washer and dryer is available with complementary detergent and softeners. 👶 A high chair, a pack n plays and a single strollers available at no additional cost. 👍 Please clean them properly before check-out to avoid extra cleaning fee. we also know things break. Please let me know if anything broken so the next guest will be safely using them nice and clean. 🛌 Please do not move furnitures, or unplug the power cord for appliances!! 🚥 LED lights are scheduled to turn off. Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids/teens loved this home! Upon arrival it was spotless and beautiful, just like in the photos. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Gate security was helpful also. Super close to Disney! Jay was very responsive to my many questions and was very helpful! We would DEFINITELY stay here or at his properties again! The kids say the pool and games was the best part!

I enjoye the stay. We havld a group of 6 that slept comfortably mwith plenty of space for everyone. We had no issues during our stay. Jay was very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again provided the same accommodations are required. I appreciated the private salt water pool and back patio. It is a nice place to relax, read, enjoy the scenery, and enjoy the water.

Loved out stay here. Jay was an amazing host. Answered any questions we had and even checked to make sure our first night went well. The amenities that came with the home and resort were also really great. The security team was friendly and gave us helpful information on both pools located within the community. Will definitely look into staying here again if ever in the Orlando area.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and close to the main attractions but still felt relaxing and easygoing. The on-site waterpark was a big hit and made it super convenient for downtime without leaving the property. Jay was an amazing host, very responsive and thoughtful. When we mentioned we needed a few extra things like towels and cookware, he went above and beyond to purchase and send them to us right away. Really appreciated the extra care. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was clean and beautiful. Kids loved the kids rooms. The place was quiet. The pool is small but enough for a quick relax and cooldown. We didn’t use the Water Park much but it was a nice addition. Host provided detailed instructions and was responsive. Would book again.

This was our first AirBnB experience, and we will definitely consider doing it again in the future rather than going with our usual hotel route! Jay's instructions beforehand were very detailed, and he was extremely responsive with any questions that we had. He even let us do an early check-in when we were unsure on a time we would arrive.

Jay is super attentive and helpful. The house is spacious. The club houses are clean and so much fun. Great way to spend the day when not at the parks . Wallmart and other major grocery stores within 5-7 min drive .

This place feels like home. It was clean and set up with supplies for us to use instantly. Jay has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. There were plenty of kitchen appliances- loved the Mickey waffle maker. He’s created a guide to help with all things from what to do while there and departure expectations. We only had one issue, and Jay responded quickly. This was definitely a great family vacation , and this house was the icing and a cherry on top!
