House Rules

Please don't park ❌ your vehicles on the curb. Drive way is ok. HOA will tow any vehicles parked overnight at owner's expense. 🤿 Private pool is available (Heating is an optional paid service, please contact us at least 1 week prior to your arrival) 🍖 BBQ grill $40 for your entire stay. Please clean up the grill after use or another $40 fee will be charged All trash MUST⭐️ be securely bagged using provided trash bags. We provide 6 bags per stay. HOA will pick up the trash bags (only securely tied) in the basket outside the front door. Washer and dryer is available with complementary detergent and softeners. 👶 A high chair, a pack n plays and a single strollers available at no additional cost. 👍 Please clean them properly before check-out. we also know things break. Please let me know if anything broken so the next guest will be safely using them nice and clean. Full detail information will be sent out 1 day prior to your arrival!

Great spot just miles from Disney. It was also a secure gated area and quiet, definitely a great spot to stay if you’re heading to Disney World or Universal Studios.

Family vacation was a success, enjoyed the stay. Home was clean, plenty cooking hardware, dishes, etc. The location was great, pool was perfect for small kids. Tons of stores and restaurants less than a 10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this spot for a great family or couple getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Jay was extremely responsive and great providing instructions. The Airbnb was super clean and the pictures and descriptions match. It was our home base for both Disney and Universal. It usually only took 15 minutes to get to any Disney park. Much more comfortable than a small Disney resort room! My family will stay here again if available for our next trip to Orlando.

My husband and kids enjoyed a 6 day stay in this home. (18 months, 10 yr old). The house was perfect for us and the beds were so comfortable!!! There was plenty of space for us and the host was accommodating and allowed us to have some family over for our daughter’s 10th birthday! A pool guy came once during our stay to service the pool, which is very well kept, and our kids had fun swimming almost daily. The only minor feedback would be that the cookware could use some updating, and the pool skimmer has a huge hole in it, rendering it useless. Overall 10/10 stay and would definitely love to stay again.

Everything was great! Location with so much to do. We really wanted to do more but not enough time to do it. Pool was a little small but with the option of using the HOA pool plenty big. Highly recommend staying if you are considering!

Jay’s place was the perfect space to return to each night after visiting theme parks! All beds were comfortable, pool was perfect temperature beginning of June without paying for it to be heated, and each room was equipped for comfort and relaxation! House smelled clean and free from random odors! Jay is a very proactive host! He checks in throughout the week to make sure things are as we had hoped, he has a digital link to the space you can read through and very accommodating toward a family of 6! It’s within a half hour of most parks, which makes it fairly easy to get from one park to the next. There is a HUGE Walmart about 5 minutes away that is open until 11:00pm so perfect place to grab groceries and shopping list needs! The house is in a very private, quiet neighborhood! People are respectful of the quiet hours and rules are followed! We would definitely rent from Jay if we come back!! Incredible home!! Very respectful host! Could not be more pleased!

Jay’s place was amazing. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed for a family trip; our kids especially loved the themed rooms. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. Jay’s communication was top notch and he replied to questions immediately. The villa is well located and safe. We didn’t use the wider resort amenities but they looked great. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

This was a great place to stay for the week for our family! The gated community was a plus. We were super close to ESPN for a cheer competition and about 45 min drive to universal studios which we did 3 days. The house was clean and clutter free. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer too! Would recommend!
