Our luxurious 4 bedroom 3 full baths accommodates 8 guests. Two king beds, and one queen bed, and two twin beds with Disney themes. A baby pack n play, a high chair, a stroller are available at no additional charge if cleaned and not broken during the use. Save hassle carrying a bulky item for your trip with baby. We inspect them at every checkout so we ensure the condition is in working order. Additional services pool heating and BBQ are available upon request at least 48hrs prior to your check-in. **1st Floor A modern open floor concept kitchen, the living room and dining area, you can see private pool from the inside. In the living area, there is a 65” flat screen TV, where your whole party can enjoy family time on over sized sectional sofa. On the 1st floor next to entrance door, a bedroom with one King bed is next to full bath room for those who prefer not to use stairs. 8 people dining table is ready to enjoy your meals with family. **2nd Floor Second floor has three bedrooms, King, queen, and two twin beds. Madison Park luxury brand beddings to sleep comfortably. Also has two full bathrooms with all soaps, and shampoos, conditioners, and hair dryers. Full size washer and dryer with complementary detergent and softners available for you and your family.

We strive our best to keep your stay enjoyable and safe. We professionally clean and sanitize every surface, and washed all beddings at each checkout in accordance with CDC guideline. If you have any allergies, please let me know prior to your arrival. We have a plenty parking spots for passenger vehicles but HOA does not allow a boat or RV on the site.

There are a plenty and private parking spots front of our house! 🤿 Private pool is available (Heating is an optional paid service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival) 🍖 We no longer provide free grill for our guests instead, you would need to book for a grill 7 days in advance to drop off if you want to use grill. Details will be sent once you book. All trash MUST⭐️ be securely bagged using provided trash bags. We provide 6 bags per stay. HOA will pick up the trash bags (only securely tied) in the basket outside the front door. Washer and dryer is available with complementary detergent and softeners. 👶 A high chair, TWO pack n plays and TWO single strollers available at no additional cost. 👍 Please clean them properly before check-out. we also know things break. Please let me know if anything broken so the next guest will be safely using them nice and clean. Full detail information will be sent out 1 day prior to your arrival!

Jay is awesome, amazing and great to work with. He was always so responsive and always gave great, clear and helpful instructions. I read other reviews and they were right on as it pertained to Jay. Jay made me feel he was right around the corner for whatever we needed. In this day of chaos and uncertainty, booking with someone who demonstrates he is honest and trustworthy is valuable!!!! Traveling from out of state and staying in an area that is new to you and your family is challenging enough. Jay makes you feel extremely comfortable. Everything he described regarding his beautiful home, the area, the water park, the amenities in his home were all just as he indicated. I can’t wait to visit another one of Jays properties or return to this one!! My family and I were more than happy. We felt very comfortable!!!

Fantastic experience! The home is exactly as described looks just like the photos. The host Jay is phenomenal! Clear instructions and super responsive! The amenities are great the backyard pool is clean. The amenities center has a fantastic lazy river and water slides. We loved the ice cream. I really couldn’t say enough positive things about our stay. I highly recommend this rental or anything by Jay. We look forward to booking again with him in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The backyard pool was a huge hit with both the kids and us – we spent hours swimming and enjoying the sun. The nearby waterpark was also a great bonus and added even more fun to our trip. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, from groceries to attractions – and we were able to prepare plenty of meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Jay was great giving out clear instructions and answering all questions we had. Quick to respond and checked in on us mid trip to make sure everything was going great. Place was great to start off it was as clean as it could be. Super spacious and very private we felt right at home, as close to Disneyworld as we could've been offsite. Comfortable from all ages we had a toddler and elderly adult and it was fun and comfortable for everyone. Will definitely book again when we return.

It felt like we never left home. It was so cozy and spacious. Perfect us that wanted to stay at house. And it was raining the whole time we were there but still had a great time. The backyard was our favorite but definitely get the pool heated. Kitchen was beautiful were a family that loves to cook so it was great to have all the tools we needed. For this being the first time I ever did Airbnb we had the best time. Thank you jay for everything

Story Lake was an easy access and drive to Disney and Universal. Jay was super responsive and accommodating. We heated the pool and it was so nice coming home to after a long day at the parks. The mattresses were super comfortable and there was a lot of space for two families (7 total). Jay provides laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, which was not an expectation we had, but it was a nice surprise. We anticipated we would need those items, along with buying extra toilet paper and paper towel, we were pleasantly surprise to have these items. The open concept living, kitchen dining with two sliders out to the pool was amazing for hangout (plenty of space). Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had a great time!
