Guests can access Life Style club house upon request in advance 2 days prior to your arrival. community pool, Pickle ball, basket ball court are ***up to 4 people*** but we normally charge per person but FREE for our guests up to 4. Tennis/ pickleball courts require reservation in advance. Small pool and hot tub next to our house is free and does not limit the number of guests. Up to three cars can be parked, one in garage and two on shared drive way. EV with Tesla adapter available for free for our guest.
